Dominik Schuette advises national and international commercial law firms on the recruitment of partners and teams.

He has been active in legal recruitment for German and British consultancy firms since 2011. Previously, he worked for an investment fund company and a financial services provider in London.

Dominik Schuette studied in Berlin and Cambridge.

Benedikt von Kontz studied Law at the Universities of Passau and Münster and has been working as a recruitment consultant for over 10 years.

In addition to filling vacancies in law firms and companies, he focuses on supporting lawyers in planning and executing their next career steps. In close collaboration, he develops tailored career strategies and provides comprehensive guidance throughout the entire application process. To offer an even deeper level of support, he has also completed training as a systemic coach at the INeKO Institute of the University of Cologne.
